Lessons are held in my piano studio in Normanby, Middlesbrough.

I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel lessons. I will try to accommodate you and help you find a more suitable time to take your lesson.

If there are no suitable alternative lesson times available, then as long as you have given me at least 24 hours’ notice before the lesson was due to start, the booking fee will be refunded to you* minus £0.75 to cover card processing transaction fees.

Please call me on my mobile 07562 183233 to cancel a booked lesson. If I am busy teaching a class, please leave me a voicemail and I will deal with it as soon as I am free.

*The payment service I use says “Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on your statement.” – I’d like it to be quicker, but it is out of my control.
